Job Description

As an Insurance Appointment Setter, you’ll be at the forefront of connecting potential clients with life-changing insurance solutions. You’ll engage with a steady stream of leads generated from successful advertising campaigns, focusing on the groundbreaking AIA Vitality product. Your role is crucial in qualifying prospects, setting appointments, and laying the groundwork for meaningful financial planning conversations. This position offers the excitement of a fast-paced sales environment combined with the flexibility of remote work, making it ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive on communication and results.

Responsibilities
  • Contact and engage with 40-70 high-quality leads weekly
  • Articulate the benefits of life and health insurance products, especially AIA Vitality
  • Qualify prospects and assess their insurance needs
  • Schedule appointments for in-depth fact-finding sessions with financial advisors
  • Capture and record essential prospect information in the company’s CRM
  • Manage digital calendars to optimize advisor schedules
  • Achieve and exceed performance targets for appointment setting
  • Provide clear, concise handover notes for each scheduled appointment
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales preferred
  • Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and digital scheduling tools
  • Basic understanding of life and health insurance concepts
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Flexible availability, particularly on weekends
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
  • Empathetic approach to understanding and addressing client needs
  • Resilience and positive attitude when handling objections or rejections
