Job Requirements:

  • Experience in outbound prospecting: Proficiency in cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate and qualify leads with 3 + years experience. 
  • Strong research skills: Ability to research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers to identify sales opportunities. 
  • Proficiency with sales tools: Familiarity with CRM software, lead databases, LinkedIn, and other sales and marketing tools for lead management. 
  • Effective communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for scheduling appointments, confirming details, and nurturing leads. 
  • Data management skills: Experience in maintaining accurate lead databases, generating reports, and analyzing data to track performance. 
  • Team collaboration: Ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and support overall sales objectives.

Core responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, emailing, and social media to identify and qualify leads, using tools like CRM software and LinkedIn. 
  • Research industries, companies, and decision-makers to gather information and uncover sales opportunities. Schedule and confirm sales appointments, coordinating calendars and ensuring high attendance rates. 
  • Nurture leads by maintaining communication, addressing concerns, and moving prospects through the sales funnel. Manage and update lead databases, generate reports, and analyze data to optimize lead generation and improve conversion rates. 
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts, share insights, and enhance messaging and targeting strategies.
