Job Requirements: 

  • Min 3.5 years of proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role. 
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo is essential, with a strong understanding of its features, automation tools, and reporting capabilities. 
  • Creative vision and design sense, with experience creating visually compelling email campaigns. Proficiency in Canva is a plus. 
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and how to tailor campaigns to different customer groups for maximum effectiveness. 
  • Excellent written communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging copy.

Core responsibilities:

  • Campaign Creation: Design and execute visually appealing email marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, working closely with our design team to bring brands to life. 
  • Klaviyo Expertise: Use Klaviyo to build and optimize email campaigns, leveraging its tools and features to maximize engagement, conversions, and overall effectiveness. 
  • Audience Segmentation: Effectively segment customer lists based on demographics, behavior, and other key factors to deliver personalized and relevant content. 
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), analyze the results, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. 
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on email content, subject lines, and other variables to optimize performance and enhance campaign outcomes. 
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure emails align with brand identity and messaging guidelines. 
  • Reporting: Generate reports and insights to track the success of email marketing efforts, providing recommendations for future strategies.
