1. Gestion financière

• Analyse de coûts, de marge et de résultat (EBIT) par activité
• Définition et suivi des Budgets d'investissement
• Participation au Reporting Financier mensuel (FIRE et GTC), avec le Responsable Financier
• Reporting interne des CA mensuels et préparation pour le CSE
• Participation à l’élaboration du plan annuel
• Réalisations ponctuelles de statistiques (demandes spécifiques stat client / article - bdl)
• Suivi des coûts Filiale / PMS
• Participation à divers projets ponctuels au niveau du site ou du Groupe

1. Gestion informatique

• Responsable de l’Echange de Données informatisé (EDI)
• Garanti le bon fonctionnement des installations IT
• Garanti la sauvegarde de sécurité des données
• Pilote les projets Groupe, avec le support du référent IT de Gennevilliers pour Gennevilliers
• Responsable du déploiement des outils et de l'infrastructure Groupe (Reporting au Directeur IT)
• Commande et suivi de l’installation du matériel informatique
• Responsable du support IT aux utilisateurs en local
• Gestion et coordination avec les prestataires IT (T-Systems, Entiretec, H&D,…)
• Garant du respect de la Cybersecurity

1. Compliance / Continental Business System / Protection des données

• Compliance : GRC coordinator : documentation du risk management compliance (Cf loi SAPIN II)
• CBS : Référent unique du réseau France
• Data Protection : Local Data Protection Coordinator (cf RGDP - protection des données personnelles)
• Gestion de projets ponctuels ayant trait à ces sujets
