Tintometer, Inc., based in Sarasota, FL, seeks a Sales Manager, LATAM to become part of the Lovibond team and help us in our commitment to achieve overall company goals in terms of revenue and profitability, image, reputation, and customer service.
Reporting to the Commercial Business Director, the Sales Manager, LATAM is responsible for delivering the overall sales growth associated with the Lovibond bench-top and hand-held instruments as well as consumables associated to the Water Market in Latin America. The position will be a hybrid role with responsibility for direct selling, key account management and management of our third-party distribution channel. The Sales Manager shall have demonstrated experience in all three areas.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, leadership, and influence skills to not only communicate our value proposition to end users, but to manage key accounts also and a team of third-party distribution partners. Lastly, the Sales Manager must have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong competitive drive!

Physical Requirements
The Sales Manager Position often requires extensive travel including long hours of driving and or flying. Additionally, the position can also include many hours of standing and walking at local and national trade shows and customer training and informational seminars.
