You have a customer-first approach and a strong understanding of immigration processes? Then join our dynamic team at Localyze as an Immigration Support Associate! You’ll be responsible for providing support to internationals navigating the visa process, answering their questions, preparing application forms, and managing interactions with authorities. You'll also play a key role in continuously improving our knowledge base and collaborating with our product team to develop new features that improve the talent experience.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Answering questions from internationals regarding visa processes, formal paperwork, etc. via chat
  • Preparation of documents and application forms for our talents
  • Communicating with authorities on appointments and processes
  • Continuously developing and updating our knowledge base to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Interacting with the product team to contribute to the development of new features

🌟 What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have first experience with and an understanding of immigration processes or Global Mobility
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages, esp. German are a big plus)
  • Are proactive and detail-oriented, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Have experience in customer support or administrative roles, ideally in global mobility or immigration
  • Are tech-savvy and enjoy working with internal teams to improve product offerings
  • Have a solution-oriented mindset, can solve problems independently, and know how to escalate issues and collaborate with other teams
