Mira Search, a dedicated HR agency based in Dubai, is excited to recruit on our behalf of our client, a B2B Business Development Manager who understands the tech and fintech industries. In this role, you’ll help grow the company’s revenue by building partnerships and converting leads into long-term clients. Focusing on our EU and EMEA markets, you’ll use a mix of relationship-building and growth strategies specific to the fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage a pipeline of growth opportunities in assigned regions to meet revenue targets.
Convert leads into active users and strategic partners.
Conduct demos for potential clients to showcase platform benefits and close deals.
Stay updated on the latest trends in technology, fintech, and digital assets to provide relevant solutions to clients.

Requirements

Solid understanding of the fintech ecosystem.
Strong drive and self-motivation to achieve results and meet targets.
Excellent listening, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in growth, partnerships, or business development in the digital assets or tech industry.
