Job Title: Senior Accountant
Job Description
The Senior Accountant will play a pivotal role in managing key financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving financial clarity. This position is ideal for someone with extensive experience in corporate accounting and a passion for detail-oriented financial work.
Responsibilities
- Conducting reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records
- Managing income tax processes and filings
- Handling general ledger entries and month-end closing activities
- Preparing and posting journal entries
- Generating financial statements and reports
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting and reconciliation
- Experience with month-end closing and journal entry processes
- Strong skills in financial reporting and statement preparation
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- 4+ years of corporate accounting experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and Netsuite preferred
