Job Description

This position reports to the Project Team Manager. A Project Coordinator thrives in a fun and fast-paced environment. This position requires heavy phone and e-mail communication with customers, utilizing a wide variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and identify and communicate effective solutions. The Project Coordinator will work within a team environment and communicate internally with other departments.

  • This position involves complex problem solving, working with and supporting sellers. Heavy communication with account managers and partner sales.

Primary Objectives

  • Provide members with a personalized creative experience
  • Work intimately with members and coordinate the entire lifecycle of their projects
  • Provide stellar customer satisfaction at all times
  • Partner with Publishing teams to ensure that members are enrolled in the proper service package
  • Work internally with other departments to ensure that a quality product is delivered in a timely manner
  • Use a wide variety of software systems to navigate customer accounts and proactively monitor accounts to anticipate problems before they occur
  • Meet all performance and quality metrics
  • Initiate process improvement projects within the department and drive them through to completion

Additional Notes

  • Answering Seller inquiries via ticketing system - it is a global program so candidates need to be able to decipher inquiries coming in various formats
  • Also answering calls and communicating with company sellers, understanding what the seller is asking and digging for a solution.

Hard Skills

  • Associates Degree

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

  • Ability to work weekends and overtime as required
