HR Business Partner (Remote)

Full time, United States

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.

This function supports effective performance management and ensures optimal organizational alignment. The HRBP serves as a trusted consultant to management

on business and People and Culture related issues.

This role provides HR consultation and support and is responsible for adding significant value to the business through a broad spectrum of HR knowledge

and a high level of functional expertise and business acumen. The HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions to deliver value-added service to management

and employees that reflect the business objectives of the company

As an HR Business Partner, you will

  • Guide implementation of Talent Management initiatives, including organizational development, succession planning, performance management, employee Engagement/Satisfaction, recognition, employee relations and data analysis.
  • Serve as a member of the management team of the designated Business Groups.
  • Support discussions and transfer best practices from different functions in the organization.
  • Guide leadership in the people management area and act as the facilitator for the management team
  • Partner with and coach the business leadership team to facilitate organizational and cultural change. Lead change management projects.
  • Educate the business on People and Culture trends that affect the business
  • Develop and implement Employee Relations strategies to enhance workforce performance and build strategic capabilities; mitigate risk to the organization; ensure the direct relationship between management and employees

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong background in foundational HR knowledge and strategic HR matters
  • Strong communication skills,trust/credibility and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills, proven ability to diagnose challenges and identify and drive appropriate solutions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multiple HR functional areas, including employee relations, organizational development, leadership development
  • Ability to travel for busines (if applicable)
  • HR Certification such as HRCI (US)

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of HR Business Partner is between $70,000 and $85,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
