What you’ll be responsible for:

The Implementation Support Specialist (ISS) enhances the efficiency of the Implementation team by supporting vital aspects of the department’s operations. The ISS assists with the tasks related to the timely throughput of project deliverables. These deliverables include but are not limited to; EMR access, technology endpoint implementation and offboarding processes, and day-to-day administrative support that lends to a successful & timely implementation. The ISS is skilled at administrative support tasks across several projects & timelines. The role reports to the Director of Implementation- Healthcare and supports the completion of special projects as allocated.


  What you’ll work on:

  • Assist with information gathering and data entry processes.
  • Supports introductory emails and communications with newly onboarding customers.
  • Communicates internally across multiple departments effectively.
  • Tracks completion of all EMR (provider and non-provider access) needed for each implementation project, effectively and timely communicates the outcomes, orchestrating timeliness per project plan task specification.
  • Manage the technology endpoint (cart or station) onboarding and offboarding process, including the prioritization of project plan timelines, in cooperation with the Technology Implementation and Logistics teams.
  • Effectively utilizes Salesforce and CRM databases to: enter data, extract data, update reports, create reports and track implementation deliverables.
  • Provides ongoing support services to the Implementation team, such as but not limited to; maintaining client relations, coordination of meetings, training, documentation sharing, and escalation of issues to the appropriate Implementation (Lead) Manager, or Director of Implementation as necessary. 
  • Maintains compliance with company policy and procedures while ensuring work and product standards are met at the highest level, including strict confidentiality of health system, provider or non-provider personal information, and patient information.
  • Other duties as assigned 

 What you’ll bring to Access TeleCare:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ year of administrative experience
  • Healthcare experience preferred  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (technical, interpersonal, etc.)
 

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office programs, communication, and collaboration tools in various operating systems
  • Effective communications skills (written and oral) as well as demonstrate the ability to work across various departments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a self-starter, energetic, organized, a fast learner and thrive in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines and self-manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
