The Global Customer Service and Operations organization includes a diverse team of Quality Assurance Analysts with the freedom to create innovative solutions to address core business challenges with MetLife. This role will conduct quality reviews of Long Term Disability claims (LTD), collecting and analyzing quality opportunities as well as root cause to ensure quality standards are achieved.
Job Location: Must be commutable distance to MetLife Office - Tampa FL, Bloomfield CT, Aurora IL, Cary NC, Oriskany NY (Central NY), Bridgewater, NJ, Clarks Summit, PA, Omaha, NE Warwick, RI
In office once a month for office meetings
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality reviews of LTD claims of various complexity
- Identify trends, root causes and quality gaps from the analysis of data, providing timely and meaningful feedback to associates and management regarding performance and quality standards
- Partners with team and claims organization to develop criteria and standards in which to measure quality behaviors
- Assists in the research, analysis, and recommendation of key quality improvements
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
- 2 plus years of LTD claims management experience
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, analysis and problem solving skills
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred:
The salary range for applicants for this position is $60,000 - $65,000.
