Overview

Relph Benefit Advisors, an Alera Group company, is looking for a Billing Administrator. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team – joining us may be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers.
  • Accurately reconcile and process client invoices in a timely manner.
  • Research, report, and resolve billing discrepancies in line with RBA objectives.
  • Communicate with carriers to address and resolve billing issues.
  • Escalate unresolved billing discrepancies to the Supervisor as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (ACTs and Care teams) to meet client needs while adhering to IRS/federal/state regulations.
  • Maintain billing platform and update client information based on renewal data.

Qualifications

  • Education Required - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Preferred - AA; BA/BS - Other - Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Experience - 2+ years performing customer service and/or benefit administration is preferred, but not required
  • OR An equivalent combination of education and experience

The hourly range is $24.04 to $31.25 per hour based on experience.
