Join Our Team as a Quality Improvement (QI) Analyst

As a Quality Improvement Analyst, you will be the catalyst for enhancing our internal processes and ensuring excellence across the board. What You’ll Do:

Impact Reporting: Dive deep into impact reports, calculate and communicate results, all while demonstrating razor-sharp attention to detail and critical thinking. Your reports will shape our strategies and support our Core Values.

Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to uncover inefficiencies and inaccuracies. Your keen insights will identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making.

Process Optimization: Seize every analysis as a chance to pinpoint and rectify suboptimal processes or procedures. Your recommendations will directly enhance our operational efficiency.

Collaborative Support: Work alongside internal teams to refine processes and outcomes. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping teams navigate challenges and achieve their goals.

Knowledge Sharing: Build strong relationships across teams, serving as a go-to resource for process documentation, troubleshooting, and more.

Additional Responsibilities: Take on other exciting duties as assigned by management, continuously expanding your impact and growth within our organization.

What You Bring:

Analytical Acumen: You have a sharp eye for detail and a knack for solving complex problems. Your analysis turns data into actionable insights.

Communication Skills: You’re a strong communicator who can effectively convey findings and collaborate across teams.

Advanced Excel Skills: Excel is your playground. You’re proficient with all Microsoft Office products and can leverage Excel to its fullest potential.

Client Interfacing: You’re adept at working with clients and stakeholders, providing solutions with professionalism and finesse.

Education & Experience: A college degree or relevant experience is preferred. Previous experience in quality improvement is a plus.
