Job description

Position: Adoption Consultant

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

Adoption Consultants work with existing accounts to accelerate adoption of SimpliGov technology. They will work directly with customers on a multiple of mediums to proactively deepen the way the customer thinks and engages with the SimpliGov products. They will support Customer Success and Account Managers and report to the Director of Customer Success.  

Adoption Consultants will become experts with the SimpliGov solution, being able to speak both from a sales and technical perspective. They will use a variety of skills (problem-solving, data analysis, program development, creativity, etc) to enhance the customers' journey and adoption of the SimpliGov platform.  


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Become an expert in the SimpliGov technology and customer use cases to help customers fully utilize the platform. This includes being able to answer deep technical questions, demonstrate the product, and craft solutions as needed.  
  • Accelerate adoption by utilizing data and knowledge of platform to plan and execute. customer interactions (training, e-learning, webinars, specialized programs, in-person SimpliGov workshops, etc.).  
  • Help identify key areas of opportunity for upsells and professional services. 
  • Assist CSMs and Account Managers with customer strategic plans. 
  • Be a voice for the customer for product development. 
  • Meet or exceed targets for customer adoption. 
  • Provide clear and concise reporting back to management. 

 

Requirements:  

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or at least 3+ years SaaS adoption consultant like experience (i.e. solution consulting), with a focus on public sector sales at the state and local level.  
  • Skills: Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong technical knowledge of Content Services Platforms (CSP) and/or Intelligent Process Management (IPM), particularly in workflow automation and forms management. 
  • Key Traits: Possess a warm but goal-oriented mentality with a strong desire to be successful. Be self-motivated, resilient, and confident, with a proactive approach to growing adoption. 
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop relationships and work a variety of audiences (technical and non-technical). 
  • Interest in Digital Transformation: Enthusiastic about working in a startup environment and contributing to the digital transformation of the public sector.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-$100,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
