As part of our ongoing digitalization efforts, we are looking for a skilled Lead .NET Developer to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies (C#, etc.).
  • Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering large-scale .NET applications.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on performance optimization and security.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in the development of ERP system for energy or utilities sector (billing, invocing, market communication, etc) is a plus.


Job Responsibilities:

As a Lead .NET Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of digital solutions that support clients’s operational platforms, including those related to energy management, performance optimization, and real-time monitoring systems. You will lead a team of developers and work closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality across our platforms.


  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance .NET applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and DevOps engineers, to define project requirements and technical solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and design patterns.
  • Participate in code reviews, and ensure high code quality and maintainability.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and Microservices, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient integrations between various platforms and MS Azure managed services.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and drive improvements to the development lifecycle, focusing on CI/CD and automated testing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and performance benchmarks, particularly within the energy sector.
  • Act as a technical expert for .NET within the project, supporting key strategic initiatives, including the digitalization of GETEC’s operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for adopting new tools and frameworks.
