Job description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in data entry and is proficient in handling various tasks related to updating and maintaining product information on our website.

Must Haves

Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in data entry and management software, including Excel and database systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms including Shopify and product management systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Enter product details, including descriptions, pricing, and specifications, into our website database accurately and efficiently.
Regularly update product information to ensure accuracy and consistency across the website.
Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in product listings.
Work closely with the product management team to ensure timely updates and changes.
Assist in maintaining data integrity by conducting routine audits of product information.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for product updates and additions.

Job Timings: Night shift following US EST (Night Shift)
Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi

Regarding the remote, the candidate will arrange a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Corei5 6th generation minimum, noise cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup)
