Job description

GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a B2B LinkedIn Ads Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll plays a crucial role in driving successful advertising campaigns on LinkedIn (and other Social Media platforms). They are responsible for setting up, posting, and managing organic social ad campaigns to achieve business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising trends and strategies, monthly content creation, monitor analytics, community management, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with account teams and clients. The specialist will also be adept with Hootsuite, and staying updated on industry best practices.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

The Role:

  • Handle $20,000/month in ad spend
  • Upload and manage digital ad campaigns for LinkedIn
  • Work with marketing department to suggest ad copy in the context of best practices
  • Monitor analytics and adjust according to client direction/parameters
  • Perform regular reporting on campaign effectiveness
  • Generate and track UTMs across campaigns
  • Templated reporting and dashboarding on campaign results
  • Test and validate new strategies and approaches with client direction
  • Assist with the development of new ad channels

The Requirements:

  • 2+ years of LinkedIn Paid Ads experience: Optimizing, retargeting, and setting up new B2B ads within the LinkedIn Campaign platform
  • Basic experience with analytics tools (intermediate Excel / Sheets)
  • Basic experience with Salesforce, especially lead, contact, account, and opportunity objects
  • Great written and verbal English communication skills
  • Fluent with Gmail and Slack for internal comms
  • Ability to work CST
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience in a business development role
  • Experience working in a startup or fast paced environment
 

The Compensation:

  • ₱65,000 to ₱90,000/month
