We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex, high-impact projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering results while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead and manage high-profile, multi-faceted projects from initiation through to completion. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to align project goals with organizational strategy. Develop and implement project strategies that drive business objectives and deliver value.
Resource and Budget Management: Oversee resource planning and budget management for multiple projects. Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and on budget. Monitor and report on financial performance and resource utilization.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, and develop proactive mitigation strategies. Address and resolve project challenges, ensuring minimal impact on project outcomes.
