About the role

Sales department is responsible for building strong partnerships with dealers in the automotive industry. we understand our clients' needs and delivers BYD products and services. We negotiate contracts, provide technical expertise, and ensure exceptional customer service with market analysis and research, sales department stay ahead of industry trends to offer innovative solutions. Our goal is to foster lasting relationships based on trust, deliver quality products on time, and contribute to the success of our clients.

The Key responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives in the Romanian market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealerships, and distributors, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market analysis, identify market trends, and assess competitor activities to make informed business decisions and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment in delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes, and proactively adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Required skills, qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree above in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years experiences in car industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Romanian market, including customer preferences, distribution channels, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen to develop effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to travel as required within Romania and occasionally internationally.
