Talent Acquisition Specialist (EMEA)
Role Overview
Our client is seeking a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Specialist (EMEA) to join their amazing culture. This position will be part of the European HR team, reporting to the VP of HR (Europe).
In this role, you will be responsible for all recruitment activities in Europe, currently spanning across 15 countries. As this is a new role, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company which will involve:
· Building employer branding
· Creating an onboarding package of new talents
· Creating procedures
· Developing channels
· Building your pipeline by sourcing
You will work collaboratively with other Business Leaders, supporting overall business stakeholders. You should have an entrepreneurial mindset and be ready to take control of your success. In return, you will:

Key Responsibilities
· Contribute to defining and implementing the employer branding strategy across the EMEA region in close collaboration with the HR Management team
· Use various tools and techniques to source and attract top talent
· Manage the recruitment and selection process for roles in the Security industry for a rapidly expanding business
· Pre-screen candidates for live vacancies
· Organise and prepare candidates for interviews
Skills and Experience Required
· Strong oral and written communication and stakeholder management skills are required, as is the need for project management skills and the ability to respond to cultural differences
· Proven sourcing track record
· Familiarity with working within a European/US business environment
· Strong skills in troubleshooting and handling multiple jobs
· Entrepreneurial mindset
· Strong recruitment experience, ideally in the Security / Services sector
· Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter
· Excellent communication in English and a customer-focused approach
· Proficiency in 2-3 (or more!) European languages would be a big advantage
