Job Description:

Catalyst Partners is seeking a talented and detail-oriented NetSuite Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system and supporting our ongoing data migration and reporting projects. You will collaborate with Finance along with various departments to ensure that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for decision-making. This role requires a solid understanding of NetSuite, accounting principles, and data management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the NetSuite platform, ensuring optimal configuration, security, and performance.
Manage and maintain the data warehouse, including data integrity, security, and performance tuning.
Lead and execute ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) activities to ensure smooth data flow between systems.
Oversee data migration efforts from QuickBooks to NetSuite, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using NetSuite's SuiteAnalytics tools to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align NetSuite functionality with business needs and accounting best practices.
Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring they are maximizing the capabilities of the NetSuite system.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating to NetSuite support when necessary.
Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features, best practices, and industry trends to recommend process improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience working with NetSuite ERP, including system administration, configuration, and optimization.

Strong experience in administering data warehouses and managing ETL processes.

Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices; prior experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus.

Experience with data migration projects, particularly migrating from QuickBooks to NetSuite.

Proficiency in data visualization and report-building tools within NetSuite, such as SuiteAnalytics.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

NetSuite Certification (Administrator, ERP Consultant, or SuiteFoundation).
Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data manipulation and automation.
