What does a Commercial Account Executive at CoderPad do?
CoderPad Account Executives engage key Talent Acquisition and Engineering stakeholders as a part of our mission to empower technical teams to hire with confidence and better the technical interview process for all. As the global leader in the technical interview space (4,000+ customers in 165+ countries) it is our Account Executives goal to identify technical hiring challenges and drive the CoderPad value proposition for a book of target accounts.
Responsibilities include:Outbound prospecting (call, email, LinkedIn) into a triaged list of target accounts and engage Talent Acquisition & Engineering stakeholders with CoderPad’s value propositionCollaborate with Marketing & Customer Success colleagues to detect new business opportunities with intent-based toolsEstablish a trusted advisor/consultant approach with new prospects and existing customersSuggest new ideas to improve our product, process, and workflows, based on customer feedback and strategic approachAchieve pre-defined outbound activity, pipeline, and revenue targetsEngage with a value-based selling approach to delight our customers!Who are we looking for?3 years+ in SaaS sales positions, with at least 1 year as an Account ExecutiveA hunter mindset & Entrepreneurial spirit!Ability to operate with ambiguity, test and define new ideas, and engage executive buyers with innovative ideas and solutionsA team-player who brings positivity and a lot of energy to the teamProficiency with SalesForce CRM.
