In the role of Business Systems AI Solutions Lead at Vanta, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions across our internal systems. You’ll play a key role in optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving innovation in business systems to support the strategic goals of our GTM and Finance teams.

The mission of the Business Systems team is to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that empower the GTM and Finance teams to achieve their goals, maximize revenue, and enhance operational efficiency. By streamlining processes and enhancing data accuracy, the team supports informed decision-making and operational excellence.

As the Business Systems AI Solutions Lead, you will identify opportunities for AI integration within business systems and then implement AI-driven improvements that align with business objectives. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance system performance and operational processes, ensuring solutions meet the evolving needs of the company.

What you’ll do as a Business Systems AI Solutions Lead at Vanta:

• Identify and implement AI-driven improvements: Analyze current business systems to discover opportunities for AI integration, and lead the implementation of AI solutions to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.

• Optimize processes: Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance system performance by leveraging AI-based tools and technologies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with GTM and Finance teams to understand their needs and develop AI-based solutions that align with strategic goals.

• Drive innovation: Lead projects that focus on integrating AI to support data-driven insights and enhance decision-making within the organization.

• Implementation of AI systems: Build and configure AI-driven solutions using a combination of system administration (clicks-based tools) and custom coding where necessary.

• Custom development: Create AI solutions using code and clicks to implement more advanced functionality and integrations

How to be successful in this role:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in business systems, AI integration, or a related role.

• AI and Machine Learning expertise: Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in business systems.

• Systems optimization: Proven experience in optimizing internal systems and implementing AI-driven solutions.

• System administration and coding: Proficiency in both declarative configuration (clicks) and custom development (code) to build out AI systems.

• Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills to identify system inefficiencies and apply AI solutions to improve performance.

• Proactive improvement: Ability to proactively identify areas where business systems can be improved, driving innovation and efficiency.

• Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The salary or OTE range for this position is $153,000 - $180,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
