Our Custom Silicon Group (CSG) delivers industry-leading ASICs using spec-to-silicon expertise combined with our advanced design methodologies on leading-edge 3nm, 5nm, 7nm and 12nm foundry processes and 2.5D packaging technology to enable exciting new designs for Artificial Intelligence (AI), Hyperscale Data Centers, Storage, Data Networking, and High-Performance Computing (HPC). With our end-to-end expertise spanning design to manufacturing of domain-optimized SOCs, we are uniquely positioned to deliver high-quality custom silicon in advanced nodes down to 3nm.
Sr Product Engineer
Reporting to the Product Engineering Manager, the Product Engineer is responsible for developing a New Product Introduction (NPI) plan after reviewing all technical information/documentation from the customer to establish all necessary processes for manufacturing.

What You'll Do
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
5 years of experience at a company multitasking on NPI, Device qualification, failure analysis and yield enhancement.
Project management skills should be project execution oriented (responsible for schedule, setting milestones, cost)
Experience in fabrication processes, Automatic Test Equipment, data analytics and quality/reliability is a plus
Multitasking (NPI, Product transfer overseas, qualification, failure analysis, yield enhancement)
C, C++, Java or Python is desired
Salary and Benefits
We offer great compensation packages, including a salary that aligns with each candidate's skills and experience. Your contribution will be recognized with a base salary within the range of $120,000 to $155,000 annually, with the exact compensation within this range to be determined based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience and location.
