ManoMano is looking for a Sales Manager Retail Media. We believe that retail media and advertising can enhance the customer experience and generate a positive return on investment for our advertising partners. We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager Retail Media to join our talented team to increase our Retail Media revenues selling our services to a dedicated account portfolio.


As a Account Manager Retail Media you play a key role participating in increasing ManoMano Retail Media & Advertising revenues convincing partners to grow their investment providing Retail Media strategic recommendations. You possess sales capabilities and will develop expertise in our Retail Media services to boost Retail Media revenues from partners business at ManoMano. You are also flexible and able to work in a constantly evolving scale-up environment, and possess great communication skills.


Main missions :


  • Sell ManoMano Retail Media services (mostly: Sponsored Ads, Onsite Display & CRM, Subscriptions),
  • Lead, animate and develop your brand & sellers portfolio (provide strategic recommendations and fuel commercial relationships) including top partners and mid-tail accounts,
  • Reach your quarterly revenues targets,
  • Become a Retail Media ambassador inside (commercial, Product, CS teams but also internal coaching) & outside ManoMano (Media Agencies, Programmatic and media Partners)


Requirements:

  • Graduated from a Business School or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • 3+ years of experience with at least 2+ years of experience in client facing roles, preferably in the Advertising/Media field.

  • Work experience in digital media including Retail Media or Advertising, client management and business development,

  • Demonstrated ability with interpreting large data sets to make recommendations to clients or customers and/or internal partners,

  • Demonstrated high ability to convince and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously,

  • Fluent in English is mandatory.
