Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Expert to join our team in the UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving growth and revenue for the company. This role will focus on expanding our market presence, developing strategic partnerships and increasing sales in the UK market.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities and lead generation strategies in the UK market.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
3. Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective business development strategies.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
6. Develop and present proposals, pitches and presentations to potential clients.
7. Negotiate and close business deals, contracts and partnerships.
8. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
2. Proven track record in business development, sales or account management.
3. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Experience in the UK market and knowledge of local business practices.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
7. Results-oriented with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to business development.
