Circa £21,536 dependent on skills & experience

Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, this role offers you the flexibility to work from home and from an Anglian Water office.  

Your training will be office based in Peterborough, once this is completed you will have the flexibility to work from home. Your base location will be Henderson House in Huntingdon.

We are recruiting for some Data Interrogation Team Members to join our team on a permanent basis!  

Reporting to the Data Interrogation Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the day to day investigation of accounts within our void and debt recovery processes, ensuring that accurate data is held, to aid the process of collecting revenue from the correct people. You’ll remain compliant with company procedures and standards, and all regulatory requirements.  

This role will require investigation of data through varied technologies to trace customers and update SAP to reflect these changes.   

Within this exciting role you’ll use appropriate tools to trace customers and contact methods available to boost contact, whilst using Lean approaches to continually improve and streamline working methods. You’ll complete data entry and make decisions on appropriate action to take on accounts based on evidence found.

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to/work effectively in a variety of situations, individuals, and be open to change  

  • Able to work with and support others within own team, as well as other teams and departments

  • Ability to plan and manage own time effectively  

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbally, with a good telephone manner  

  • Strong analytical skills and accuracy  

  • Good IT skills, particularly excel, with knowledge of SAP and Tallyman preferable
