We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Growth Team as a Senior Proposal Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading Bellese’s proposal responses to federal procurements. You’ll also help grow and mature our existing proposal management processes to meet strategic goals.

Your adaptability and ability to navigate challenges ensure your success in any situation.ResponsibilitiesManage proposals, including all aspects of proposal development: pre-proposal planning activities, kick-off meeting, win theme development, schedule management, action/issue tracking, proposal structure, compliance oversight, review team coordination, and production oversight.Collaborate with capture managers and leadership to develop strategies for responding to and winning proposals.Lead cross functional teams of program leaders, Subject-Matter Experts, and capture managers through well-structured proposal efforts.Collaborate effectively across the organization (e.g., recruiting, finance, contracts) to drive proposal compliance and success.Author proposal content such as descriptions of past performance and capabilities.Lead/facilitate/drive discussion during proposal and solution strategy sessions, capturing and helping document win themes, value proposition, our solution,, and discriminators. Maintain the team’s focus on the win strategy throughout the proposal process and infuse that strategy and its resultant tactics effectively throughout the entire proposal.Work to develop and provide training and best practices to staff and subject-matter experts working on proposal efforts.Help develop and maintain a repository of reusable content, such as capability statements, project profiles, and other reusable proposal content.RequirementsExperience developing and iterating consistent and effective Proposal Management processes.4+ years managing large proposal responses for federal government clients.Logical, consistent thinker with strong attention to detail.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.Strong technology skills with the ability to work in and learn different platforms.Ability to work collaboratively across a growing organization.Nice to haveExperience working on on complex technology solutionsExperience working with one or more Health and Human Services (HHS) operating divisions (e.g., CMS).Knowledge of FAR and government procurement regulations.Experience working successfully in a remote environment.Compensation range: $140,000-$160,000
