We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team in Zaragoza, Spain. As a crucial member of our service department, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and optimizing our advanced sensor-based sorting systems across Center-North East Spain.

  • Install, commission, and maintain sensor-based sorting equipment at customer sites
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal system performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively
  • Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and support
  • Optimize sorting systems through sampling, testing, and process improvements
  • Travel extensively within the assigned region (up to 80% of the time)
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for additional products and services
  • Gather and report customer feedback to improve service quality and identify new opportunities
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends in recycling and sorting systems

Requisitos
  • Completed secondary technical school (FP2) or higher in electrician/electronics, automatics, industrial maintenance, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in computer programs, PC configuration, and network structures
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills and customer-oriented approach
  • Fluency in Spanish (native level) and proficiency in English
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region
  • Physical fitness to perform on-site installations and maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and customer needs
  • Experience in an industrial environment, preferably with a focus on maintenance (preferred)
  • Familiarity with sensor-based sorting systems or recycling processes (preferred)
  • Analytical mindset and goal-oriented approach to optimize system performance
