We are actively seeking an Implementation Engineer to play a vital role in the success of our customers at Navina. As a key facilitator in our customer's journey, the Implementation Engineer is essential for ensuring a seamless and efficient integration of our solutions into our customers' daily operations. This role involves hands-on technical integration, serving as the primary point of contact for new customers' IT stakeholders, and serving as the technical subject matter expert for the Navina platform in customer calls and presentations.

This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise, project management skills, product understanding, and a deep commitment to customer success. Oversee all aspects of technical onboarding for new customers, including initiation, integration, testing, and transition to live operations. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of technical onboarding for new customers, including initiation, integration, testing, and transition to live operations. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers’ IT teams during onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships, addressing concerns and facilitating smooth collaboration.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion of each project
  • Provide expert technical advice and support to the Customer Success team. Assist in resolving complex technical issues during the onboarding process.
  • Hands-on technical integration efforts, execute testing procedures, and ensure thorough data validation and integrity
  • Represent the technical aspects of the Navina platform in customer interactions, including calls and presentations. Demonstrate deep product knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including CS, Product, R&D, and Medical teams, to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer integration n

Requirements

  • +5 years of experience in a customer-facing Integration/Implementation Engineer or equivalent experience at a SaaS company
  • Proven excellent customer-facing communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven experience with SQL and data analysis
  • Proven experience with debugging web applications
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with the US healthcare industry
