Job description:

We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst with at least 7+ years of IT experience and strong Financial Services experience. This resource must have Life Insurance or Annuity Policy Administration Systems experience.

Top Skills:

  • 5+ Years of Lead Business Analysis Experience – Specifically, leading requirements gathering sessions
  • 5+ Years of Supporting Life Insurance and/or Annuity Policy Administration Systems – Ex. Vantage, VantageOne, Cyberlife, LifeComm, Life70
    • Other Relevant Systems could include New Business Accelerator (nba) or illustration Systems
  • 8+ Years of working within Financial Services – Specifically, Wealth Management or Insurance

Our customer is hiring Lead/ Sr. Business Analysts to assist with BAU support or projects that are already currently in flight within their Life and Annuity technology divisions. They recently had a number of projects get approved that they will be moving their full time employees to support and they will be bringing in contractors to take over their current work. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of experience working as a Lead Business Analyst specifically leading/facilitating requirements gathering sessions with the business and technology. This person will also have 5+ years of experience supporting/maintaining Life and/or Annuity policy administration systems – Examples include Vantage, Vantageone, Cyberlife, LifeComm, Life70 etc. Having these specific systems is not important – what is important is that they've supported similar systems in the past. These systems are primarily built on the mainframe.
