Job description:

We are looking for a BSA with at least 3+ years of experience.

Top Desired Skills:
  • Business Systems Analysis (requirements gathering, user story creation, UAT, scrum/sprint/agile methodology) working with dev teams and ensuring the business requirements are translated into strong technical and functional requirements.
  • HR Domain experience is very helpful as these resources will understand how these systems help the business groups/customers and how the requirements are translated from one group to another.
  • Vendor management, stakeholder management, scheduling and communicating with your project management. This is a program, so there are many moving pieces/many projects going on at the same time. This will require someone to be able to work autonomously, however if they need support, they need to be proactive in order to not have issues bottleneck other, adjacent, work streams.
