Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

Manage end-to-end operations projects for the Enterprise AI unit.
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
Monitor and report on project progress using tools such as Notion, Slack, Hubspot, etc.

Business Operations Management:

Optimize the design and execution of the client onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Act as the central point of coordination between teams: technical, sales, legal, finance, and marketing.
Facilitate clear communication and alignment on shared goals across teams.
Work closely with the general manager and leadership team to align operational efforts with strategic objectives.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

Regularly communicate project status, risks, and roadblocks to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead weekly meetings and ensure stakeholder buy-in across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

Project Management Expertise:

3-5+ years of experience managing projects in dynamic and fast-paced environments, preferably in tech, AI companies, knowledge with GPU/compute is a plus.
Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.), with PMP certification is a plus.

Business Operations Knowledge:

Proven experience in creating SOPs, process workflows, and managing operational frameworks.
Experience with designing and implementing client onboarding processes is highly desirable.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Demonstrated ability to work across departments with legal, finance, technical, sales, and marketing teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in matrixed organizations or business units.

Communication and Leadership Skills:

Excellent communication skills with experience interacting with executive-level leadership.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Tools & Software Proficiency:

Good command of Notion as a project management tool.
Competency in handling business operations dashboards and reports.
