Regional Campaign Leadership: Proven track record and in-depth experience in successfully leading and transforming APAC campaign management from Brand to Demand to Loyalty to drive business results. Ideally, has progressive experience in a cloud business of scale.
Pipeline and Revenue Orientation: Provides leadership and insights into how marketing campaigns, demand generation and events affect business growth (pipeline acceleration, ROI). Effectively partners with and enables sales teams.
Drive Innovation: proven, quantifiable track record driving new marketing approaches, processes and optimisation techniques to better connect with customers and prospects in meaningful ways to illicit action, to meet and/or exceed achieve company targets.
Data & Analytics: Leads with a data-driven and analytically-minded approached to drive customer acquisition, retention and account-building. Builds capabilities to forecast trends and develops field strategies to meet them.
Operational Excellence: Implemented and maintained strong adoption of a business management systems to manage predictable, cohesive and successful marketing programs with consistent reporting on aligned KPI’s and strong controls.
Team & People Leadership: Experience leading a multi-faceted team. Ability to assess and evaluate existing teams, while identifying strong talent, recruiting for diverse skills and perspectives, and possessing the fortitude to hold people accountable.
