Work with internal customers to build out RPA bots using Automation Anywhere toolsets
Evangelize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) by identifying client needs and delivering the best engineered solution
Apply your knowledge of customer needs and system or operational gaps to build out automations
Work with customers and partners to establish your developer access to their appropriate systems
Build well-documented solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and procedures
Participate in continuous improvement by innovations in emerging technologies and presenting these in architectural reviews
Be an Automation Anywhere development expert
Demonstrate fluency with the usage of Teams, Power BI and Monday.com
Demonstrate understanding of Hillenbrand’s business processes and how they relate to RPA
Fully understand the process flows for your assigned business area(s), and how RPA can make it all happen sooner, safer, and more efficiently
Understand and be a point of contact for any type of RPA integration
Work with business and IT teams to roll out in-product features derived from existing solutions
Team
The RPA Engineer will be a part of the Digital Transformation team within Hillenbrand.
Qualifications
Experience designing, building, and managing bots in Automation Anywhere (or another leading RPA platform)
Experienced deploying and managing applications in cloud environments, including Azure
Translating business process to automation with RPA
Ability to understand engineering and technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical audiences effectively
5+ years real-world experience developing and/or architecting RPA solutions.
Demonstrable understanding of enterprise technologies and business context.
Independent self-starter with proven time management and prioritization skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive implementation success.

Must be able to sit at a desk for prolonged periods and to work on a computer.
This position is full-time, salary.
Option to work remotely in a hybrid model. No relocation assistance package.
