Our solutions include an Intelligent Gift Documentation Management Platform and Version2 R&D Lab, the first fully autonomous fundraiser being developed to bring experienced fundraiser capacity to every nonprofit organization. We're looking for a creative and organized Content Manager to help tell our story, build engagement, and grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand: Work with key stakeholders to ensure the brand direction for both the Intelligent Gift Documentation Management Platform and Version2 aligned with company growth.
  • Marketing & Sales Enablement: Work with Sales and Marketing to create one-pages, ebooks, guides, case studies, and other content that empowers our team to clearly communicate the value of our bleeding edge fundraising solutions to prospects and customers.
  • Newsletter: Work with an internal team to build a catalog of graphics that align with the editorial content of our weekly newsletter, which reaches more than 50K nonprofit fundraising professionals.
  • Social Media: Maintain the daily social media calendar, producing graphics, videos, and other engaging content to drive engagement and further brand recognition.
  • Blog: Work with Marketing to collaborate on blog posts, designing graphics that help us tell our story in visually appealing ways.
  • Events & Conferences: Work with Marketing and Sales to ensure that our team has the necessary one-pagers, leave-behinds, and collateral for all events and conferences. Additionally, there are opportunities to revisit booth design.
  • Internal Content: Maintain internal decks, templates, and other tools our team uses to promote our work.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of job experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed multiple clients/brands simultaneously.
  • Strong design and editing skills with a portfolio of previous work.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across internal teams, customers, and partners.
