To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· Master’s or Ph.D. in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields is preferred.
Experience:
· 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, or AI/ML architecture roles.
· Proven experience in leading AI and machine learning initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.
· Extensive experience with AI platforms, cloud-based data architectures, and machine learning frameworks
· Expertise in JavaScript, Python, object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and efficient algorithms.
· Proficiency in core AI/ML techniques and algorithms.
· Experience with the ServiceNow Platform and Now Assist Skill Kit.
· Familiarity with unit testing, profiling, and code optimization.
· Knowledge of vector databases, large language models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Hugging Face, and LangChain/Langflow/Flowise.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $149,200 - $261,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
