Job description

Job Summary

IGS CNG Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated analyst to join our growing CNG & Biogas division. In this role, you will be responsible for data integrity and compliance of our Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) business. Key functions of this position include invoice generation, price management, contract review, financial reporting, and general business support services. The role will involve interaction with both existing customers and vendors as needed. The ideal candidate will possess organizational skills, be curious and a critical thinker, detail-oriented, and motivated by reporting deadlines. This position is predominately in office and requires in office attendance Monday through Thursday, with work from home ability on Fridays.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of operations to identify gaps
  • Contribute to the development of business proposals for prospective customers and provide pricing recommendations.
  • Oversee and manage all CNG fueling contracts, including the IGS CNG Fleet Card billing system. Determine monthly pricing based on customer contract terms.
  • Provide auditing, revenue assurance, and support for accounts receivable and payable functions across both CNG and Biogas divisions.
  • Develop sales forecasts, manage sales plans, and ensure accurate budget tracking.
  • Serve as the internal expert on IGS fleet card management.
  • Develop new reporting templates and process improvements
  • Maintain EPA, QAP, and LCFS document folders
  • Help develop and execute strategies for data quality improvements
  • Understand the regulatory reporting requirements for projects
  • Track contracts and term agreements
  • Research and reporting of renewable energy markets and incentives
  • Handle invoicing for all CNG and Biogas transactions
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to CNG
  • Assist as needed with financial modeling, cost tracking, and forecasting
  • Know and understand the role of the Compliance Analyst to back up when needed

Required Skills:

  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills that drive efficient workflows and task completion.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to build new relationships.
  • Ability to read large quantities of material and communicate pertinent information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced skill with Excel is required.
  • Self-starter/independent & accountable
  • Able to adapt, grow and thrive in periods of uncertainty in an ever-changing work environment.
  • Energized by cross-functional collaboration to drive results.
  • Ability to effectively interpret data and translate/communicate solutions and suggestions concisely.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Engineering, Environmental Studies or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years analytical experience; preferably in finance ,accounting, or operations

Salary Range:

$58,820.00 - $94,110.00

*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.

This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
