Job description

Position Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to play a pivotal role in generating leads, engaging potential clients, and converting prospects into loyal customers. The ideal candidate has strong sales experience within Telco, ISP, or VoIP industries and excels at cold calling and prospecting. This role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed sales targets, maintain an updated sales pipeline, and provide valuable feedback on market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead Generation:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls (150-250 daily) to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales.
  • Follow up promptly with leads to nurture relationships, ensure engagement, and move prospects through the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Present product offerings and tailor pitches to meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to the marketing team on campaign effectiveness and propose suggestions for enhancing lead-generation efforts.

Market and Industry Insight:

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Use industry knowledge to consult with clients, understand their pain points, and position our solutions as ideal matches.

CRM Management and Reporting:

  • Manage and update CRM software consistently to track sales activities, follow-ups, and progress toward sales goals.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant metrics to analyze and improve sales performance.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:

  • Build rapport with prospects and customers through effective communication, fostering trust and positive client relationships.
  • Offer insightful product knowledge and recommendations, positioning our services as valuable solutions to customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Background in Telco, ISP, or VoIP sales, with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Prior B2B outbound sales, telemarketing, and cold-calling experience, with the ability to make a high volume of calls each day.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and engage effectively over the phone.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to evolving sales strategies.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on meeting customer needs and delivering positive user experiences.
