Job Description

The Content Lead / Storyteller, Global Talent Brand role is an exciting opportunity to support the execution of our Employer Brand initiatives, strategies, and candidate experience activities that position Sutherland as an employer of choice and distinguish us in the market. The person in this role will be responsible for crafting and developing the global content strategy and supporting the talent attraction efforts across all our regions and online channels. This position is focused on continuously improving our presence in the talent market and coordinating our employer brand strategy initiatives with our Talent Attraction leaders for our East region (India, APAC and MENA).

The Content Lead will:

  • Create and monitor brand strategy for outdoors advertising. Who, what, where, how.
  • Steer our strategy for social channels (brand guidelines, content, posting).
  • Write compelling copy for engagement campaigns, ads and more.
  • Lead periodic content reviews for job ads, job descriptions and all regional content.
  • Mentor regional content teams.
  • Create special ad campaigns.
  • Work along Talent Brand designers to bring content concepts to life.
  • DEI global campaigns and regional coordination.

Qualifications
  • A passion for content, design and pushing the Sutherland brand forward in an increasingly complex global talent market.
  • A demonstrated mastery of marketing, social sourcing, and candidate experience improvement, with experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in creating content across multiple channels (offline/online, video, motion, etc.), preferably with industry background.
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills.
  • The ability to rise to a challenge - remain flexible, communicate openly regarding obstacles, and develop creative strategies to overcome those obstacles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; the ability to build solid relationships with a wide range of personalities and skill level.
