• Design, develop, and deploy software used by internal and external users.

• Support internal users with a wide range of SFDC engineering and admin tasks.

• Develop and maintain custom integrations between platforms such as NetSuite, Pardot, Slack, Qualtrics, etc

• Write unit tests and participate in QA/UAT

• Write and maintain technical documentation

• Provide support to the business in the CST shift.

• 5 years of experience as a SFDC admin.
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification required.
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflow rules.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Approval Processes.
• Experience with data management, including data import/export using Data Loader or other tools, and data quality maintenance.
