Job Description

Team

The Expert Programs team develops and delivers the pinnacle of ServiceNow’s certification offerings, including the Architecture Excellence, Certified Technical Architect, and Certified Master Architect programs.  These cohort style programs offer the most advanced members of the ServiceNow ecosystem the opportunity to become a certified architect, a trusted technical advisor and valued partner who has mastered strategy, design, architecture and governance.

Role

The Expert Programs Producer is a key support agent for the delivery of the Certified Architect programs within ServiceNow.  The Producer role is responsible for the live event production, media management, platform administration, and scheduling needed to support the Expert Programs Delivery Managers in providing a world-class learning experience.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Moderate the online learning experience:
    • engage learners on the platform
    • provide feedback and guidance to the participants
    • ensure a positive and productive learning experience.
  • Manage live events, including recording, attendance, tracking participation, waiting room, breakout rooms, polling, monitoring chat, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Schedule, communicate, and post zoom sessions, including permissions and event invitations
  • Collaborate with program managers (learning strategists) to share best practices, identify areas of improvement, and contribute to the continuous development of the program
  • Edit and upload video presentations
  • Convert presentation materials to shareable media
  • Perform learning platform administration duties, such as creating course records, uploading content, managing registrations, and creating groups.
  • Manage access to 3rd party tools(Intrepid, Duarte, etc.)
  • Create required reports or summaries of key performance indicators related to programs
  • Coordinate and schedule reviewers for final exam events
  • Ensure volunteer reviewers are provided necessary instructions and materials
  • Oversee the management of exam rubrics
  • Audit and report on candidate pre-requisites
  • Coordinate trainer schedules for cohort participation
  • Oversee, respond to, and escalate support cases related to Expert Programs

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • 2+ years of hands-on project management experience
  • Experience managing projects or tasks in enterprise environments delivery business applications for one or more departments
  • Multimedia experience, including video editing, social media, web meeting management, etc., a plus
