Job description

This is a remote position.

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Partner (Path to Co-Founder) who thrives in a profit-sharing model. This role is for an entrepreneurial salesperson passionate about generating leads, forming client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team, leveraging our resources and support to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role is designed for experienced professionals with a strong background in business consulting and proven success in sales and client relationships.

Requirements
  • Identify and engage prospective clients in the IT consulting, services, and staffing sectors.
  • Conduct outreach, follow-ups, and present WRD’s value propositions to potential clients.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with our team to create tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets, qualifying for profit-sharing incentives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, be proactive, and think strategically.
