Company Description

  • highly experienced in developing a financial strategy and risk management, financial & tax records with perfect knowledge of IFRS, Accounting Standards, Tax legislation of Ukraine,
  • open to challenges, dynamic environment and familiar with audits & tax checks, foreign economic activities,
  • enthusiastic to lead the effort to make sure that company processes & controls comply with Ukrainian legislation and Global Accounting Procedures,       
  • carefully manage the month-end closing process, reporting & respecting deadlines,
  • assure compliance to financial reporting and local tax legislation requirements, timely communicate current tax & accounting status and potential risks,
  • ensure accurate and timely reporting for Tax Authorities, Social Funds & Statistics covering corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, verification & submission of all reports and tax returns prepared by local accounting team,
  • assist in the budgeting & forecasting process by providing insights into potential tax obligations and benefits,
  • cooperate with lawyers on legal/accountancy issues as well as regular research of changes in Ukrainian legislation and respectively coordinate the accountancy programs updates,
  • develop & implement accounting policies, procedures and controls to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements,
  • provide support to internal stakeholders on financial matters, including tax implications of business decisions & transactions.
