Job Description
  • Salesforce Requirements Analysis.
  • Design and implement functional solutions in projects.
  • Provide effort estimations for projects.
  • Analyze and improve application performance.
  • Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.
  • Contribute to the validation of the solution against functional requirements.
  • Generate functional documentation for completed projects.
  • Organizational and executional skills.
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments and technology providers when required by the project.

Qualifications
  • +3 years work experience with Salesforce administration, configuration and consulting roles
  • Experience in Business or Process consulting is a plus.
  • Experience with different clouds such as Sales, Service, Experience, etc.
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  •  Oral and written fluent in English.
  • Experience in Talkdesk integration is a plus.
