Job Description

As a System Engineer  you will ensure the Operational IT infrastructure is maintained at the highest standards. You will work with your IT colleagues and manufacturers on the development and revision of the IT system support strategies in order to ensure our SLA and system availability targets are met, and our Service Performance is brought to a higher level.
 

Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution;
  • Maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and identify all customer issues and recommend appropriate resolution;
  • Focused on Application/Desktop Delivery and Application Delivery Controllers (Citrix, Remote desktop, Azure Virtual Desktop);
  • Very good knowledge of Active directory and group policies;
  • Providing support by researching, diagnosing and troubleshooting;
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

  • Expert in Application & Desktop Delivery;
  • Strong analytical/problem solving mindset;
  • Strong skills on system management;
  • Customer and people oriented: driven and determined to solve problems/help customers and colleagues;
  • Very process/procedures driven: ability to document processes and procedures in a clear/structured manner;
  • Capable of working very autonomously and handling stressful situations;
  • Flexible, willing to learn, dedicated;
  • Fluent in (technical) English (spoken & written);
  • Citrix certifications or up for obtaining them.
