The Operations Manager oversee and leads a team of skilled technical professionals responsible for the support and management of customer IT infrastructure, you will ensure the delivery of top-tier services to manage our customers’ daily operations effectively. Specializing in a particular technology, you will leverage your IT expertise alongside your leadership and motivational abilities to foster a positive work environment for your team and deliver exceptional service to our customers. As the Operations Manager, you will be accountable for your team’s development and performance, playing a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while keeping your team engaged and motivated.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
Experience in the service industry with a strong understanding of the infrastructure services sector
Proven experience in managing large teams and complex projects.
Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
