Job description

Hiring for freelance recruiters to work on IT or Non IT recruitment or both
On commission basis.
This is a work from home opportunity

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.

• 2+ years of progressive HR experience, in IT recruitment or no IT recruitment or both

• In-depth knowledge of recruitment process like sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate coordination

• Should be self driven and work consistently to get results.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Proven ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously.

• Demonstrated experience in closing challenging positions
