Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

  • Design and execute the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow’s executive recruiting for our growing India region across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships & Channels, and Sales Operations organizations. From time to time there will be a need for this person to also help recruit for positions across our Engineering, Product and Corporate functions across APAC.
  • Strategize and execute the build of diverse talent pipelines across a variety of executive leadership functions leveraging sourcing, research and recruiting coordination internal partners.
  • Active networking and establishing relationships with top executive leaders and organizations within the technology industry and wider ecosystem.
  • Partner across a variety of functions and stakeholders to create relevant, compelling, personalized and high-touch candidate experiences that align with ServiceNow’s values and mission.
  • Manage and foster internal executive client relationships including at the C-Level
  • Utilize data analysis and reporting including search progress reports, talent mapping, market trends/feedback reports for presentation to Senior-level executives.
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze effectiveness of efforts through data analysis and reporting including search progress reports, status reports, and market trend/feedback reports for presentation to Senior Executives.
  • Partner across a variety of functions to create relevant, compelling, personalized and high-touch candidate experiences that align with ServiceNow’s values and mission.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Minimum of 7+ years full lifecycle executive recruiting within Enterprise Software Industry and have experience within a top-tier executive search firm focused on executive leadership roles in one or more of the following functional areas: Tech, Sales, Operations, Partnerships/Channels, and Customer Success.
  • Proven ability to partner with highest-level (including C-suite) hiring executives within a large, complex, global company operating at a significant scale.  
  • Ability to understand & interpret complex business needs and business structures
  • Technology Industry expertise with a deep understanding of current industry trends and the proven ability to effectively engage with thought leaders within the technology industry
  • Strong presentation and communication skills and experience leading meetings for and presenting to a wide variety of stakeholders (Hiring Executives, HR leaders, Finance, Legal, Research, Sourcing)
  • Proven ability to leverage data to influence executive-level audiences
  • A high level of experience successfully deciphering and negotiating complex executive compensation packages.
  • Ability to thrive and prioritize in a dynamic, rapidly expanding business environment
